All Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB)/Data Safety Committee (DSC) Reports must be forwarded to the HiREB as soon as they are available.  The reports are to be submitted to HiREB using a Study Update form in eREB.

These reports should contain a recommendation about the continuation; or temporary or permanent termination, of the trial.
